RETURN POLICY: a: Call or e-mail for a return authorization number. b: Write the return authorization # on front of return package. c: Item must be unworn, unused, and in resaleable condition. d: Items must be returned within 10 days from receipt. e: Your package should be insured. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. f: Any special order returned will be subject to 20% restocking fee.
WARRANTIES: All merchandise is warranted against manufactures defect for 14 days from date of receipt. Merchandise thought to be defective must have a RA #. Call or e-mail for same. Remember to insure the package. Merchandise will be inspected, evaluated, replaced, repaired, or returned in a timely fashion.
ORDER SECURE: Yes, we are designed to run on a secure server. Shipping charges are calculated on weight, place of delivery, and insurance.
CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus and Debit cards which have the visa or mastercard logo. Regretfully, American Express is not accepted. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call for return instructions. If you canceled your order but haven't received a credit yet. One will be issued immediately. We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
RETURN POLICY: You can return an item that is damaged, defective, or you just don't want? If, within 15 days, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges. Pierced earrings and special order merchandise are not returnable. Refurbished merchandise can only be returned if damaged or defective. If the item you ordered is not available?, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation:

CANCEL: We constantly update our computer system with new information . On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time.
Shipping: The standard shipping time for orders shipped via Priority Mail is 3-6 days, and promotional items should ship in 5-8 days. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via Priority Mail, if a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, we will send it with additional insurance We cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses. You can ship your order to a different address. When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address or proper P.O Box # Shipping charges are according to weight and insurance cost.
